Chat GPT Best Practices
Best practices to use when using Chat GPT to generate content for social posts.
- Ask ChatGPT to make a caption longer or shorter based on the post's needs.
- If you have a caption that performed well, ask ChatGPT to re-write that caption.
- Example: "Write 5 alternative creative Instagram captions out of the following: BLANK."
- If a caption comes to your head, but you don’t know how to finish it, write the first part of the caption and then ask ChatGPT to finish it for you.
- If you like a caption generated by ChatGPT but want something changed, ask ChatGPT to change “ blank to blank ” and hit enter. ChatGPT will give you a new caption with the adjustments made.
- If you don’t like a caption ChatGPT generated, give it parameters before regenerating.
- Examples: “Make this caption flow better” or "Make this caption more fun”
- Ask ChatGPT to generate hashtags based on the post you are curating.
- Example: "Give me 10 hashtags based on the restaurant scene in Dallas, TX."
- Ask ChatGPT to give you a content calendar for the month.
- Example: "Give me 10 social media post ideas for April."
- Ask ChatGPT to refrain from using a phase.
- Example: Please do not use, "A stone's throw" in any future copy."
- Have ChatGPT produce you a recipe.
- Prompt ChatGPT to generate lists for you.
- Example: "Give me 5 pool bag essentials for spending the date at the community's pool."
- Copy and paste the URL to a restaurant/shop/service and ask ChatGPT to generate the caption based on the information found in the link.
