Thank you for informing us about your ad spend Budget change. Please remember, this form applies entirely to your ad spend budget for one package type.

  • Your account must be current with no overdue payments in order for an ad spend budget change to take effect.
  • An Ad Spend increase cannot go into effect until payment for the increased amount has been received.
  • Payment must be received on or before the 28th of the current month in order to take effect on the first of the next.
  • Once payment has been received all requested changes go into effect on the 1st of the next month at the earliest.
  • This form only applies to ONE advertising package type (Example: Media Strategy Ads). If you want to change your ad spend for another package, please fill out a separate form.
  • Only ONE ad spend budget change per month, per package type will be processed.

GTMA Ad Spend Budget Change Policy

This policy provides a clear and standardized process for all ad spend budget changes. All requests must be submitted through the official "GTMA AD SPEND BUDGET CHANGE FORM."

1. Requesting a Budget Change

All ad spend budget changes must be submitted via the official form. The client's account must be current with no overdue payments for a budget change to be implemented. The following information is required for all submissions:

  • Account Name
  • Location Name
  • Client Email
  • GTMA Account Manager
  • New Budget for Ad Spend
  • Package Type
  • Whether the budget change is gross or net of the fee
  • Effective Date (must be the first of a month)
  • Duration
  • Reason for the requested change

Requests must be received at least 10 business days prior to the first day of the month in which the change is to take effect.

2. Media Funding and Reallocation

An updated media funding policy requires new funding to be received by GTMA 15 business days prior to the beginning of the month in which the ad spend will take effect. Any reallocations must be made within the same month to ensure the budget is fully utilized.

This policy applies solely to ad spend budget changes and does not include changes to any retainers or service fees, which will remain the same unless a new package is selected.
